Kem and Taya are two women who have helped pioneer a clear and precise method to manage revenue cycles.
Their business successes began shortly after a professional personality assessment at a medical conference identified they are basically the same person. Together they subsequently spent the next 15 years researching all things revenue cycle and have made it their mission to take their passion for RCM improvement and find a way to be of service to the healthcare industry.
They have created two national revenue cycle management certificate courses, host an internationally ranked podcast, written two books, and presented education to thousands of healthcare leaders across the United States and beyond.
We are very grateful to have these two talented and entertaining women on our team who the industry often credits with "making RCM fun"!
